At Wedgewood Family Practice, we take the time to get to know about you as a patient, as a person, and we get to know your family.  You will be welcomed by our staff and providers offering you quality medical care at our clinics.

Dr. Wilbur Sine and Dr. Richard Gais founded Wedgewood Family Practice in 1979 with a handful of employees and a heartfelt desire to care for the community's health care needs.  Initially, Dr. Sine bought Dr. Thomas Howes' practice in 1978.  The office moved to it's present location on Van Voorhis Road in 1983, and opened a second office on Willey Street in 1986, which then moved to Westover in 1994.  Since that time, the practice has continued to grow in both physicians and allied providers as well as the services we offer.  As of 2009, we have 11 physicians, 4 physician assistants, 1 certified nurse practitioner, 1 neuropsychologist, 1 psychologist, 3 licensed independent social workers and 1 licensed professional counselor.
