 Registration
When you visit the office, please check in with the receptionist. Tell her about any changes in your
address, phone number, or insurance coverage.
Medications
Please be prepared at each visit to tell us all of the medications that you are taking. This is important
because other physicians or specialists, that you may have seen, may have prescribed medications for you. We may not
have a record of these new medications, here at Wedgewood. To safe guard against the possibility of drug interactions,
please always inform us about all the your current medication (even over the counter or herbals/supplements).
Prescription Refills
If you need any of your prescriptions refilled, please let us know at the begining of your office visit.
If you should require a refill between visits, call the office and we will phone it into the pharmacy of your choice.
Please allow 24 hours for any phone-in requests for refills.
Medical Questions
If you have questions for your doctor or nurse between office visits, please call the office. The receptionist
will be happy to take a message, and the doctor or nurse will return your call as soon as possible.
Lab Work and Xrays
We have lab and Xray facilities at both the Suncrest and Westover locations for your convenience. Usually,
we mail the lab results to you within 10 to 14 days following your appointment. Please call the office to schedule an
appointment if you need lab work.

Insurance and Billing We participate with many insurance providers and will bill your insurance company for you. Our insurance and billing department is 598-2233. |
